“Cornell Dining started working with MenuTrinfo in 2015. We started working with them because we found their AllerTrain online allergen training system to be approachable and comprehensive. Our (400) full time staff gets trained with AllerTrain every two years and they love this training – they like how interactive it is and they feel it simple, informative, while still be accessible. We also work with MenuTrinfo for our unit certification. We have an “All You Care to Eat” location that is 100% certified free from gluten, tree nuts, and peanuts.
