Minimum Requirements for Trainer Participants:

  • Completion of an AllerTrain manager-level course (AT, ATU, ATK12)
  • Prior knowledge of food allergies, food intolerances or Celiac disease
  • Prior experience working in the food service industry
  • Teaching/presentation experience
